Global loan review
Every entity in the relationship,on one statement.
Most borrowers are not one entity. The global review combines the operating company, the farm, the rental entities, and the personal statements into a single consolidated position, with eliminations handled and concentration reported.
- ConsolidatedEntities combined with eliminations
- ConcentrationExposure reported by segment
- One gradeA single relationship recommendation

What this review covers
Entities combined, not stapled together
Each entity keeps its own spread, and the consolidated statement nets intercompany balances so the relationship total is not double counted.
Guarantor support made visible
Personal statements sit alongside the operating entities, so the support behind the request is part of the same document.
Concentration in plain view
Exposure is reported by segment and by entity, which is the view an examiner asks for and the one committee usually has to assemble by hand.
Inside a global file
How the relationship is consolidated
Step one
Each entity is spread on its own
The consumer, commercial, and ag reviews stand alone first. The consolidation reads from finished spreads rather than asking anyone to summarize them into a new tab.

Step two
The consolidated statement nets the relationship
Intercompany notes and rents are eliminated so the combined position reflects real outside exposure rather than money moving between related entities.

Step three
Concentration is reported, not reconstructed
Schedule B reports exposure by segment so the file already answers the concentration question before it is asked.

Step four
One grade for the relationship
Ratios are graded at the consolidated level, so leverage and coverage after the request are reported for the relationship rather than for one entity in isolation.
