The suite
Five workbooks. One standard.
Every workbook ships configured and ready to use. Set your own policy limits on one tab and start. The suite is a site licence. Every lender in the bank can use it.

- 01
Agricultural Lending Workbook
Full balance sheet spread, income analysis, and coverage ratios for farm operations and real estate.
- 02
Commercial Lending Workbook
Spread commercial financials, grade the request against your policy, and generate the credit memo.
- 03
Consumer Lending Workbook
Personal financial statement spread with debt schedule and global cash flow.
- 04
Global Consolidated Workbook
Combines multiple entities into a single consolidated view for complex borrowers.
- 05
Low Doc Writeup
For smaller requests that do not require a full spread. Structured, policy-graded, and memo-ready.
The friction
Where most credit departments are losing time
Re-typing borrower financials by hand
The borrower fills one form. Excel or a web page that runs offline in any browser. They fill it in, save it, and email it back. One click imports their answers into the right cells.
Every officer using a different spreadsheet
The grading bands live on a single policy tab the bank controls. Change a limit and every workbook follows. Two officers reviewing the same borrower work from the same standard.
No record of what policy was in force when a loan was graded
Every printed writeup records the policy set that graded it and the date those bands were approved. If the policy tab is edited after the fact, the document flags itself in red.
Enterprise platforms cost too much and take too long
Deployment is copying a folder to a network share and setting your limits. Most banks are running the same day. There is no server, no database, and no implementation project to manage.

The sequence
From borrower form to finished memo
01
The borrower fills one form
Excel or a web page that runs offline. They save it and email it back. No portal. No login. No data uploaded to any server.
02
One click imports their answers
The import maps their responses into the right cells across every schedule. Balance sheet, income, debts, and fixed assets populate without re-typing.
03
The workbook produces the credit memo
Schedules roll up automatically. Risk is graded against your own policy bands. The memo generates from the spread. The policy stamp records what was in force when it was graded.

Graded against your policy
The bands are yours. The math is visible.

The record
Every writeup records the policy that graded it
When a loan officer prints a credit memo, the policy bands that produced the risk grade are recorded on the document: the limits in force at that moment and the date they were approved.
If someone edits the policy tab after the memo was produced, the document flags itself in red on the next print. The examiner, the auditor, and the board can read the record without asking anyone to reconstruct it.
The VBA is unlocked. Your IT team can read every line. A SHA-256 checksum ships with every release so they can verify what arrived on your server matches what we built.

Terms of use
Licensing
What you buy
A one-time licence for the bank and a monthly fee for enhancements and support. It is a site licence. Every lender in the bank can use it. Pricing is tiered by asset size and quoted on a 15-minute call.
What ships with the licence
Four credit workbooks covering agricultural, commercial, consumer, and global consolidated lending. The low doc writeup. The borrower forms. The grading structure. The memo generator. Set your own policy limits on one tab and start.
Implementation versus configuration
Configuration is included. If you need the platform changed rather than configured, that is a separate implementation project quoted before any work begins. Examples include a different risk rating structure, new scoring logic, different memo layouts, or new workbook sections. You approve the number before there is an invoice.
What the monthly fee includes
Two hours of work each month beyond the standard build. Questions, small adjustments, help with a file, a tweak outside the shipped configuration. Unused hours do not roll over. Anything larger is scoped and quoted before we start.
Where this goes
Ironwood Sentinel is the full platform being built. Your licence here credits toward it and your configuration carries forward.
See it run against a live credit file from your own portfolio.
The case
Why credit departments choose it
No cloud. No exceptions.
It runs on the machines and the network you already have. No cloud tenancy, no server to provision, no database, and no borrower data leaving the building.
Deploys in an afternoon.
Copy a folder to a network share. Set your policy limits on one tab. Most banks are running the same day.
Policy is yours to control.
The grading bands live on a tab you own. Change a limit and every workbook follows immediately.
Audit-ready by design.
Every printed memo records the policy set and the approval date. No reconstruction, no guessing, no asking the officer to re-explain their work.
Built on real files.
Refined against real loan officer feedback on real credit files at a community bank. Not a demo environment.
Open and verifiable.
The VBA is unlocked and readable. A SHA-256 checksum ships with every release. Your IT department can verify what arrived.
Before you request
What to expect
The walkthrough covers a complete credit file from start to finish. You will see the borrower form, the import, the financial schedules, the risk grade, and the finished memo.
We do not run a sales script. If the product fits your process, you will know it by the end of the call. If it does not, we will tell you.
Pricing is tiered by asset size and takes about two minutes to cover. There is nothing to sign on the call.
The next step
Book a 15-minute walkthrough
We will walk through a complete credit file: from the borrower's form to the finished memo. You will see exactly how the grading and the policy stamp work. The call is 15 minutes.
We respond within one business day.
Answers
Questions we get before the walkthrough
No. It runs on your own file server, offline. Nothing is uploaded and no borrower data leaves the bank.
Copy a folder to a network share and set your policy limits on one tab. Most banks are running the same day.
No. It sits where the credit analysis happens, before the loan is booked.
The formulas are locked. Loan officers type in the fields they need and cannot overwrite the calculations by accident. Every release is verified by recalculating the workbook and reading the output against known inputs.
There is no server, no database, and no vendor access to your environment. We provide an information security document written for your IT team and a SHA-256 checksum for every file.
Your configuration carries forward and this licence credits toward it.
Configuration is included. Changing how it calculates is a separate implementation project, quoted before any work starts. You approve the scope before there is an invoice.
The grading bands live on a tab you control. You set your own policy limits. The workbook grades every request against those limits. Change a limit and every subsequent writeup reflects it. The bands are not hidden in the code.
Every line on the return gets a treatment: include, add back, exclude as non-recurring, or flag for review. One-time gains do not inflate coverage. The treatment choices are visible and auditable in the workbook.
Ironwood Credit Suite is in live use at a community bank, refined against real loan officer feedback on real files. We are not naming the bank yet at their request, but we can show you a complete walkthrough built on fictional borrower data that reflects exactly what a real file looks like.
